As the proprietor of nitpicking.com, I wonder how “movies based on the author’s stories” (what I assume you wrote) became, “movies base don’t he author’s stories…”

Two of the characters are Cuban revolutionaries who, for some unknown reason, are tearing around Africa in a jeep for reasons that might have made sense during the Cold War.

The first (well, only) time I watched “Laser Mission”, I could never figure out if the film was set in Cuba or some African country (don’t know why).
