All they do is change the title and the cover. I've always wondered if the folks at Asylum count largely on clueless movie-watchers accidentally renting their films instead of the originals. There isn't a real building in the entire book. You mostly need deserts and some South African vistas. Yeah you need extras but if you're filming in South Africa you can probably get a lot of folks willing to play victorian era Zulu for almost free.
